Service Description

Our roadmap is a proven method that helps to go from strategy to execution within 90 days. It involves participation from all levels of the organization. This model assumes that internal resource allocation is entirely up to the initiative's completion. The model includes one coach for a client team size of no more than five. Fixed days are negotiated, and the internal lead experiences the same time allocation as the coach. For every subgroup of five, 25% of hours are added to the model.
